Just went down to buy a pouch, noodles and some chips and the rude lady at the counter without even taking a second to watch the footage she had, accused me of stealing a chocolate bar from Her store? I’m from Perth I wasn’t even here on Monday, and the last 2 days I’ve only been around town in labeled work uniform aswell as a lableled work car, why would A working man have any reason to steal a chocolate bar let alone the fact I’m in your store BUYING smokes and food? Doesn’t make sense, is this how all your staff act towords any darker skinned men that come into your stores? Disgusting behaviour from shell bunbary

I've enjoyed lovely service here for years up until,the last5/6weeks all of a sudden ,the pumps don't work no matter which one I go to ?the pumps need to be fixed or something?I'm constantly now waiting and having to go in and even then the petrol won't pump .

The lady so rude. Doesn't anything about customer service.I Bought 2 regulars coffees for 1.50And she charge me 0.70 more.I really don't mind to pay 0.70 I do mind people like that. My feedback is in good away. She need some more tranning.

Coles express Bunbury gateway has gone down hill since the one opened opposite side of highway its always dirty,toilets are gross,never any hot food always out staff need more training or bring back some of the experienced ones from over the road who know what they are doing and not scared of a bit of cleaning

The staff r lazy rude and very dirty there is never any food in the pie warmer the coffee machine r allway dirty toilets r disgusting there r 3 coles express the new one on hwy is the only one that's not dirty they have great stuff the gate way store has gone down hill in every way toilet never clean and the staff r hopeless
