Convenience store

I have never been moved to write a review of a petrol station before, cause really you buy petrol what else matters except price. BUT these were the most disgusting toilets I have ever seen in a private business. More entertainingly management had a sign on the wall telling users to keep them clean!

Exceptionally clean and well maintained fuel station. Staff are really happy and enthusiastic. Love to come back over and over again.

My visit to this site at 11.30am yesterday more than shows why this place only has 3 stars. The sign on the pump indicated there was a discount if I purchased something from the shop worth more than $10. The per Lt discount was crossed off and replaced with some scribble which was supposed to be a 4 but could have been a lazy 9 cents per lt. I paid for my fuel purchase plus $11.40 for lunch and milk and got back to my car and realized there was no discount on my receipt. I returned to the counter and the elderly lady told me it was on the bottom of the receipt. I stepped out of the line for other customers but could not find any discount so I again approached the lady and she looked and then said something about she forgot to press a button and then told me if I was going to get upset she would give me money out of the till. She gave me a $2 coin saying that would cover it. I stood my ground and said it should have been about $7 as I had bought 175lts of diesel. She asked if I had a calculator and when I said no she repeated saying if I was going to get upset she would increase the payment out of the till and tried to give me $4. I refused and she ended up giving me the $7 saying I was not entitled to it as It does not work like that" (174.48Lts = $6.98)Our small business has 5 x 4wd vehicles that can be fueled up anywhere so why on earth would we want to return to that site?"

Friendly staff with good customer service.

The 2 coffee machines have been out of order 1 now is working after 3 weeks and the other 1 has been out of order for at least 7 weeks. I spoke to manager yesterday and she said sorry, we are waiting on parts , Sorry is a easy throw away word to use, not happy, I'm taking my business elsewhere

This Deli is truly amazing, if you're ever in the area, this is an absolute must try.They have a whole assortment of classic Italian deli items, including all the meats.They also make amazing subs & sandwiches with home made bread & condiments that are simply delicious.

Always shop local...when you have people like Lonzo and Leanne serving its no wonder i keep returning.

We bought the vegan mince pie, vegan cheese pie and 2 vegan donuts. The pies were very nice but the donuts were awful. Very dry and lacking in flavour. Either they were old and stale or were just not made right. Disappointing.

I would like to personally thank the store attendant that turned off the pump before close, yet still denied me service because “then I would have to serve all the other customers behind you.”Turns out Vibe Osborne Park has had a facelift so on top of their comparable and sometimes cheaper fuel, they are now open 24/7 and are self serve. No more getting denied service by a United fuel employee!Don’t waste your time here… drive the extra kilometre to 7 Hutton Street, Osborne Park, and be guaranteed better service!
