One of the worst servo in perth. Guys please avoid this place. These guys cheat and overcharge for fuel. Last week I even noticed the price of fuel was differently advertised to the price displayed on fuel watch. I tried to contact the shop regarding this and I was told the manager was not available and I was asked to call the next morning. I called back again on monday afternoon and spoke to Mr.FOI, this person was very rude over phone inspite of telling that I had a complaint to register. I asked for the manager and he bluntly refused saying I cannot talk to the manager. He kept saying I had to discuss the issue with him and he wil not let me talk to the manager. This person totally lacks basic customer service skills and needs to be taught what customer service is and how to address complaints. He cant be rude and treat customer as his slave. I will never come back and will tell all my friends and family to avoid this servo in the future.

Friendly service and nice smile (Wednesday - Jenny). Fuel always reasonably priced, compared to other city locations.

Samosas I bought the other day from your shop was stale and I really got sick. I don't know why you selling stale samosas in the shop. United shame on you !

Great spot, near where I live; the workers are hella nice and the owner stocked up on a particular chocolate for me that I couldn't find anywhere else nearby...He said he's happy to source different candies and whatnot if asked, so if there's something you're having trouble finding, have a chat to him, he's keen to help

SIMPLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE FEMALE STAFF (with an Indian accent and look, maybe in 20s). She didn't explain credit card surcharges before transaction and charged full cost without surcharge by her own mistake. Then demanded a separate payment of surcharge. Then she charged surchage on surchage WITHOUT explanations but WITH an ATTITUDE as if it's customer's fault. She dared to argue, fight and deny with lies when asked for clarification. Hope she learns to behave appropriately in industry. You will go nowhere with that attitude. Obviously poorly educated. Don't understand how the business survives with that attitude. Previous reviews clearly prove that the business remains persistently poor in customer service.

Just off the Mitchell Freeway therefore easy to access. Never have to line up for fuel on the day before the price goes up because most motorists are too dumb to realise you can buy 95 octane United E10 for LESS than 91 octane at other stations. Staff are always friendly and the convenience store well stocked.

7pm , 6 January 2023 Friday, staff is particular bias to black hair and yellow skin customer. Report to United Nation Anti Discrimation Department.

The Indian lady was very friendly and helpful today (Wednesday morning). Great customer service, been a long time since I saw someone with a genuine smile at a petrol station. Keep up the good work!!!

Costumer service was really bad. The guy wasn't answering my question and just ignored me. It was night time and me as as girl already doesn't feel comfortable. I just turned around because it was so weird how he act, it was just really DISRESPECTFUL!!! Even if that's the closest petrol station I rather to drive longer to not go there again.
